🛍️ One-Time Purchases

All one-time orders placed through www.myinstabrow.com are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted.

Please double-check your shipping address, shade selection, and quantity before finalizing your purchase.


🔁 Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

If you are subscribed to receive Insta Brow on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly refill), you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  • After an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Order Errors or Duplicates

If you accidentally placed a duplicate order or made an error, please email info@myinstabrow.com within 1 hourof your purchase. While we cannot guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.


📦 Pre-Orders or Special Promotions

Orders tied to pre-launches, limited edition drops, or promotional pricing are final sale and cannot be modified or canceled once submitted.


🔐 Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of discounts. If this happens, you will be notified by email.
