We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.

  • Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3โ€“7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier used.

We ship using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and your tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout as soon as your order ships.

At this time, expedited or overnight shipping is not available. Weโ€™re working on adding faster options in the future!

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete.

Insta Brow is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, so please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If you believe your package was stolen or lost:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office first

  • Then contact us at info@myinstabrow.com with your order number and tracking info
    Weโ€™ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked โ€œDelivered.โ€
